Estate Crush was founded in Spring 2009 to fill an underserved niche in the wine industry and the Lodi Appellation – turnkey, super-premium, custom small lot production. Our highly experienced team can help you produce high-end wine without needing the resources of your own team and winemaking facility.

The Estate Crush facility offers 6,000 square feet of humidified barrel storage and more than 16,000 square feet of total winery, with our entire crush pad contained in a sanitary, indoor environment. Estate Crush not only helps our clients craft their wine, but we also help retail clients’ wine through our on-site tasting room in downtown Lodi.
